Silbs, I really like you postings. You seem like a straight shooter and slave to no master. You say it as it is and let people know what's happening without "filtering" the facts too much. On the other hand I am sure that occasionally you could be stepping on somebody's toes. I wish there would be more people like you. Just one question: how bad is the "hate mail"? :-)
Wow, thanks for the kind comments. I get no hate mail and wouldn't much care if I did...as long as it was legitimate. I have never deleted anyone's comment and would only do so if it were smutty or offensive to some cultural group. I will have more to say on the Cetus after I have lived with the boat for a while longer. As for the skeg issue I have: They are making every effort to make good on it.
Having said that, I don't know what happened with the Optio, but it works fine now.
Perhaps some moisture got into the works--from the steam that you were blowing off. Same battery and all?
