Rx
That, of course, is the symbol for a recipe or, in this case, a prescription. I am writing one for myself. Well, not actually a prescription, more like a doctor's excuse.
Patient: Silbs
Please excuse the patient from his daily blog duties for now as he is feeling flat and uninspired. He suffers from Winterus Chronitis and does not have the (mental) strength to create. He will be seeing me for a follow up visit tomorrow.

ah, pretty creative for not feeling creative dude!
Brandy, Silbs.
Aye, Derrick, I have my moments. Kristen, you didn't accept my invite to come on up here to meet the Milwaukee folks. You would have learned that for decades Wisconsin was the leading consumer of brandy in the USA. Chances are, we would have bought you a round...or two...or three...or......
After you left that very kind message for me, Silbs, I decided never to leave home on a business trip without first checking which fellow bloggers may be within... snifter and paddle range. Thanks you, and from an American phrase I learned a few years ago, I'll take a raincheck on that!
Rain check granted. See you next time.
